Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on welcome bonuses is fifteen times (x15) the bonus value, unless the promotion page specifies otherwise.
Example: A RM100 bonus with a x15 wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in total qualifying wagers before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.
While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted stake per single round, spin, or bet is RM250, unless the promotion terms specify a different cap. Placing bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus round may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Bonus funds and any wagering requirement attached to them must be fulfilled within the period stated on the relevant promotion page. Where no expiry is specified, a default period of 14 calendar days from the date of bonus credit applies. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
Not all games contribute equally toward the completion of a wagering requirement.
